Middlefork was hired for a two-phase renovation and expansion of this home, transforming both its functionality and aesthetic. Phase 1 introduced a 1,500-square-foot kitchen and breakfast room addition, featuring a connected dining space, fireside seating, a butler’s pantry, and a small home office. The first floor was reimagined with a refined sense of order, enhanced architectural detailing, and a refreshed front façade.

Phase 2 focused on the 700-square-foot expansion of the primary suite, adding a spa-like bath with a soaker tub and steam shower, spacious walk-in closets, and a private home office. Additional updates included second-floor re-trimming, a new roof, exterior painting, and the installation of an in-ground pool—elevating the home’s luxury and livability.
